The Dollhouse Store was built from a Greenleaf Dollhouse Kit, The Arthur. The basic kit was "bashed" (modified) it to make it look more like a store. First, the steps were moved to the outside and the side window was turned into a door.  Next, the bottom right window was turned into a door and the bottom left window and door was turned into a display window.  We custom built a base to form the display window and used the roof from the porch to create the display window roof.

Some of the miniature houses you see in the windows are mini replica's of houses manufactured by Real Good Toys. The lavender house on the bottom floor is a miniature replica of Greenleaf's Beacon Hill model that we built from a kit in 1/144 scale.  More pictures of the micro Beacon Hill and other dollhouses in 1/144 scale can be found in the Micro Dollhouse Gallery.
