The kits are made by dollhouse manufacturers such as Greenleaf, Real Good Toys, Dura-Craft, Artply, and many others.  The dollhouse is assembled according to the manufacturer's instructions and sanded and primed along the way to ensure the wood is properly sealed and prepared for finishing.</font><p> <font face="Arial" size="2">Then we make the dollhouse available for sale to you in two different ways - <b> finished or unfinished.</b></font><p> <font face="Arial" size="2">Some of the dollhouses we sell are partially finished and completed.  They are fully assembled, sanded and primed. All dollhouse kits come with unfinished wood that need to be sanded, primed, painted, then glued together.
