We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover Card through PayPal Online. You do not need a PayPal account to shop with us. We also accept certified bank checks for payment. If you pay by certified bank check, we must receive your payment within 10 days of placing your order. Please be sure to send your certified check using a shipping method that has a tracking number and delivery confirmation. We are not responsible for certified checks lost in delivery to us. Sorry, we cannot accept personal checks.
Ordering your dollhouse is quick and easy. After you select your dollhouse click the "Buy Now" button found at the bottom of the page. You will be brought to a secure page where you can enter your billing and shipping information. You can pay with your credit or debit card, even if you do not have a PayPal Account. If you have a PayPal account, enter your information and complete the payment as your normally do. If you do NOT have a PayPal account, click the link that says "Continue". It will be on the left side of the screen above the Credit Card Logos. You will then have a new screen that will ask you for your shipping and billing information and confirm the order. You will receive an email confirmation from PayPal and Small World Builders. Please make sure your email address is valid and you add sales@smallworldbuilders.com to your safe sender's list. If you do not receive an email from us within 24 hours of placing your order, please double check your email folders, including your junk mail folders and contact us using the information above. |
All the dollhouses we build and ship are shipped using the best shipping method available. Depending on the size and weight of the dollhouse, shipping method may be by UPS, FedEx Ground, Freight Line, or LTL (less then truckload). All shipping prices are quoted at the time of purchase. We will provide you with a delivery time and tracking information once your dollhouse has left our facility.
We apologize, but due to the
size and weight of dollhouses, and international shipping laws,
we can only ship dollhouses within the United States. If you
live in Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico and wish to order a
dollhouse, please contact us for specific shipping
information and shipping costs before placing your order.
All the dollhouses we ship are professionally packed to ensure no damage occurs during shipping. If, however, your dollhouse does arrive damaged, please contact us immediately. You have 3 days from receipt of your dollhouse to contact us regarding shipping damage.
After you contact us, we will provide you with additional instructions on proceeding with the damaged dollhouse. |

We want you to be completely satisfied with your newly purchased dollhouse. If, however, you are not satisfied with the dollhouse you purchased from us, you may return it to us for a refund (minus the original shipping cost) subject to the following terms and conditions under our return policy.
